Big bug(GAME CRASH) with bff and the book of virtues + BOF

I've encounter this bug during a normal game with Bethany in greed mode,when u combine the orbs spawned with the book, the orb become bigger than the entire room and after the orb become invisible.
The problem start when mixed at this 2 effects you use box of friends, if you active the the item nothing strange happen, if u use soulhearts to active it the 2nd time the game crash

a mi se me crashea el juego en singleplayer, simplemente activo el libro y se cierra el juego, alguna solución?
