Cut Content?

I've just started to noticed-- A lot of enemies from Antibirth seemed to have been cut? Dumpling's were the main one I noticed out of the gate, but checking the Antibirth wiki, I also haven't seen Fissures, Coal Boys, Echo Bats, Quake Grimaces, Corpse Eaters, Big Boneys--

Have I just not seen enough of the DLC yet, or are these guys actually gone? If so, I'd love to see someone mod 'em back in, 'cause a lot of them were real creative and fun to fight.
