[BUG REPORT] Chub shuts down the game.

In my run as azazel when I encountered Chub I had the Item "Remote Detonation" which lets you detonate bombs by pressing spacebar. When Chub ate a bomb I had put down and I used spacebar to explode it the game shutdown. At first I thought my game was just crashing but I could replicate it every time I tried to use remote detonation on a bomb in Chubs mouth.
