Some amazing exploits with Keeper + Swallowed Penny

So, basically, I was playing the game, got hit and spawned a nickel instead of the usual penny and I was all, "Whaaaaaat? I didn't know that could happen!" (I've only very recently unlocked Keeper and usually ignored Swallowed Penny for other trinkets when playing as other chars.) So then I got the brilliant idea to use a fireplace to start farming money by touching the fireplace, picking up the penny/nickel/dime to replenish my lost health, and just doing this over and over until getting 99 coins on the very first floor! Also, another added bonus is that some of the pennies you pick up may be lucky pennies, so you can get your luck up extremely high with this method too, even after maxing out your cash. This can be even better if you have Piggy Bank, or if you have items that activate after you're damaged such as Infestation, Spider Baby, or Bloody Lust, or if you have Mom's Purse and are carrying Fish Head as well.

Those exploits are known since Keeper was added to the game, simply because of the well known effects of the items. That's why he asked if you use internet explorer: you're quite late. :P
