How do you unlock Judas
I'm really stupid and have no clue how to get him, or how to find the satan boss

- Any active mod from the mod menu before Mom is killed once on that save (no matter what they do, other saves are irrelevant).
- Enabling the console before Mom is killed once on that save (even if you don't use it).
- Paranoid antivirus programs (or missing rights) preventing the game from creating/editing its save file.

You need to kill Mom's Heart / It lives to get the path down to Sheol. Then in Sheol, kill Satan to unlock Judas.

Killing Satan for the first time will unlock Judas.

Sheol (Satan's floor) is on floor 9, after Mom's Heart. You can unlock a permanent access to that floor by killing Mom's Heart 11 times in total. Alternatively, you could get a Devil deal when killing the Heart, or generate a trapdoor on Womb/Utero 2.


Also, a reminder:
List of things that prevent all kind of progress:
