Is there a mod that makes this item work like in antibirth (fart explosion every kill, instead of one per room)? It was one of my favourites, but it's kinda meh in repentance.

Don't think its been changed in repentance actually. The first kill in each room will spawn a poison cloud and each enemy that dies while poisoned will also spawn a poison cloud etc etc. You just need to target groups of enemies, same as it was in afterbirth

I mean yea that's true but in antibirth, enemies ALWAYS exploded, even when u didn't manage to make a chain reaction.

it worked that way in antibirth but got reworked for a reason: it was absurdly broken

another thing is that it was basically better contagion
