Epic Fetus won't unlock

Epic Fetus won't unlock despite beating challenge 19 (Family Man). I have beaten it already in afterbirth+ so I thought maybe thats why. So I rebeated it today again. Still isn't on the grid. (I've checked all the items in there out of desperation)

The grid you're talking about is only items you've actually found; checking unlocks requires the "Secrets" menu that is way more annoying to navigate. Or the Steam achievements, I guess. If you don't have the achievement, hit Alt+F2 in the aforementioned Secrets menu before trying to submit your claim again, as this will be far quicker than actually going through it manually.
