Strange Door has not appeared in Depths II

So I have defeated hush a total of 12 times, I have defeated the stone mother twice and still the strange door has yet to appear. Can I get some help as to why this isn't unlocking anything? I've seen tutorials and videos, but it's as if the game doesn't want to fight the beast. Is their an additional boss I need to defeat?

beat mother without seeds. Seeds and debug console disable achievements. You can tell by a crossed out trophy icon being on the left side of the screen.

You're probably gonna think I am very dumb. I beat mother just by starting up the game and playing and beating the stone mother normally. Do I need to fully watch the credits for the achievement to unlock? Do I need to beat the mother a certain number of times? I already know I need to beat Hush 3 times. Maybe I need to beat the stone mother a certain number of times as well. I think i'll delete and re-download the game and try normally again.

what IS the stone mother you are talking about anyways? The one on the alt path (downpour to mines to mausoleum)? Just trying to make sure I know what you are saying.

I hope you mean by that "random runs without inputting any seed". Because if you enter a seed manually, that's your issue, using one prevents all unlocks on the run. Don't do that.

Distinction: Mom ('s Foot) is the boss at the end of chapter 6, fought at the end of Depths/Necropolis/Dank Depths 2. Mother is the boss at the end of the alternative path and the boss of Corpse 2.
"A secret exit" is unlocked by beating Hush thrice and unlocks the Alt Path, "A strange door" is unlocked by beating Mother and unlocks the path to the Beast fight.
If you're manually inputting a seed, you cannot gain achievements. There's a crossed out trophy symbol on your HUD to show that.

So, I used no seed. This is the fourth time I beat her. I think the game thinks I used a seed after I beat the Lamb and do a victory run to fight mother. I'll try to defeat the mom without defeating the lamb and see what happens. I call her stone mother because she looks like she is made out of stone. Apologies.

Seems like I should have posted the whole list sooner. Oops.

List of things that prevent all kind of progress:
- Seeds (except a few special ones)
- Challenges (except for their reward obviously).
- Daily Runs.
- Reruns and Victory Laps (except for a few specific unlocks).
- Any active mod from the mod menu before Mom is killed once on that save (no matter what they do, other saves are irrelevant).
- Enabling the console before Mom is killed once on that save (even if you don't use it).
- Paranoid antivirus programs (or missing rights) preventing the game from creating/editing its save file.
