I don't usually have a big problem with him. If the room is open in the middle I just walk left and right to avoid him there. Though it is true that he can be punishing if your run isn't going too well early on

İ fail to dodge his diagonal attacks, when i go to the side he bumps into me, if i stay in the middle he bumps into me.

Baby Plum is female by the way And usually you just gotta keep your distance and kite her in a circle. For her spitting attack, try to stand under her when she starts the attack, making dodging easier

I still can't get over seeing someone unlock Plum Flute and then pick it up as the last thing they needed for Dead God. Like, how was trading in a boss item for a "win this room" activated item never the best thing you could have done on a Basement floor? Or even just a faster and safer fight, if you haven't found any damage upgrades and aren't Tainted Azazel.

My bad, also wouldn't that give me contact damage or tear damage from her spits?

"Under" as in to her south. When she starts her spit, she'll go in a 45° angle and won't hit you before the first bounce, and then you can just sidestep her
