Repentance not loading.

I purchased the game yesterday I tried to load it up for a run but it seems that only Issac After Birth Plus is running & it is not showing the DLC in the download? Can anyone assist? Thank you.

This should happen automatically, but right-click on The Binding of Isaac in your Steam library, click Properties, click DLC on the left, and make sure all items are selected/checked.

Thank you for the hlep XMog I did look there but there is no repentance DLC that when I notice something must not be right. Should I contact Steam support if you happen to know?

How did you purchase it? Individually or in a bundle? There are two bundles, so it sounds like you might have bought the Afterbirth+ bundle (contains base game, Afterbirth DLC, and Afterbirth+ DLC). If you open https://store.steampowered.com/app/1426300/The_Binding_of_Isaac_Repentance/ , does it say you own it? If you're sure you bought the bundle that includes Repentance (contains 4 items), then it may be best to verify your purchase history and then check with Steam Support.

Do you know if I downloaded it on an iMac if it matter I can play After Birth+ with no problem but I did see the requirements to have Windows 10s or run it there.

The base game lists Mac and Linux support, Repentance does not. I saw this on a different post, so Repentance does not seem to work on a Mac (I'm not sure if there's any difference between a Mac and an iMac):

Do you use Mac?

The dlc has no support for Mac and will crash on startup....

Although it's odd that it doesn't appear on the DLC list. If you go into the Steam menu, Help -> Steam Support, then click Purchases, do you see Repentance on the list of your recent purchases?

Oh ok, yeah I use the iMac & yes I do see that when I went to the support it does show assistance for Repentance but nothing too useful so I just messaged the support direct. Thank again for the help.

You're welcome, and I meant specifically to check the purchase history to make sure it should be in your library.

I am hvaing the same issue where Repentance DLC shows up on my purchased / owned list, but not within the properties of the game.

For anyone on Linux/steamdeck:
Tick: force the use of a specific compatibility tool -> proton experimental.

It will redownload and update, everything should work as expected after

Thank you so much! I tried reinstalling, the game, the steam, contacting support and I gave up... for a while. Now I can play again! Thanks!

In my library the game says, "The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth" and when I load it up it says Repentance, but it doesn't give me any of the bonus content for any of my dlcs, under DLCs everything has a checkmark but I just cannot find out why it isn't giving me bonus content, if anyone knows what I should do please let me know
