Report a translation problem
Although it's odd that it doesn't appear on the DLC list. If you go into the Steam menu, Help -> Steam Support, then click Purchases, do you see Repentance on the list of your recent purchases?
I am hvaing the same issue where Repentance DLC shows up on my purchased / owned list, but not within the properties of the game.
Tick: force the use of a specific compatibility tool -> proton experimental.
It will redownload and update, everything should work as expected after
