Tonsil item list unlock bugged!

So I was going through my item list and one ? was the elusive tonsil item which I know either requires the trinket and getting hit multiple times to gain the familiar a.k.a. what's needed in the list or having it as a starting item in an Eden run.

I was playing as Tainted Judas and on the Delirium floor the trinket actually dropped so I picked it up in the hopes to trigger the effect. Luckily with enough health to spare and damage I managed to trigger one tonsil familiar and beat Delirium afterwards.

To my dismay I had to see tho that the tonsil did NOT unlock. I'm very sure I didn't misread the info and it's simply bugged, hence preventing me from even getting the 1000000% achievement. Very disappointing but can someone maybe confirm they had this issue too or if it's just me, that'd be awesome!

To be sure:

List of things that prevent all kind of progress:
- Seeds (except a few special ones)
- Challenges (except for their reward obviously).
- Daily Runs.
- Reruns and Victory Laps (except for a few specific unlocks).
- Any active mod from the mod menu before Mom is killed once on that save (no matter what they do, other saves are irrelevant).
- Enabling the console before Mom is killed once on that save (even if you don't use it).
- Paranoid antivirus programs (or missing rights) preventing the game from creating/editing its save file.

Note that adding an item to the collection page is indeed considered as progress.

Hello, thanks for your answer. I'm 100% confident I did not enable the console before the first mom kill as I know achievements are disabled. Everything else so far has worked and unlocked fine, with or without mods. I mean it's not the end of the word but still kinda frustrating.

Just to confirm I tried on a fresh savefile, finished the first run, then activated a mod and the console and gave me the neccessary items to get the tonsil follower. It does NOT unlock on the item list :(

Edit: Did it twice just to be 100% sure and yes, Tonsil doesn't show up on the item list so either this is bugged or something got corrupted within my save files. Not gonna bother any longer then...

Tonsil was removed from the item list in repentance because it was apparently never intended to appear on the collection page. Hence it being a trinket and never spawning in any item pools.

Well ok, if that's the case then what is the item in the list next to Big Chubby and Plan C if it's not Tonsil? Because on platinumgod it clearly is Tonsil. Is it another item I can still unlock or does this just stay a ? and I could still get the achievement for all items?

That would be the broken glass cannon, acquired when taking damage while holding repentance's glass cannon!
