Shiny Rock bugged for months now

Seeing as the devs released a small patch today, I wanted to bring attention to the fact that this trinket has been bugged since the release of Repentance and looks to be functionally not working, i.e. neither tinted rocks nor crawlspace rocks flash as intended (easily verified by staying in a room that contains a tinted rock while holding said trinket).
