Devil Room / Black Market spikes around item (can't pick up)?

Okay idk what's the exact terminology these things are, but to describe it, it's a circular ring formation of short spikes surrounding an item that prevents you from picking it up. Trying to pick it up only inflicts damage on you (or uses up a holy mantle / holy card shield if you have one). Having the callus trinket or orphan socks doesn't prevent you from taking damage, and carrying that flat file trinket that removes spikes and cursed room doorway spikes and it's not affected by it. I tried bombing it but it doesn't seem to do anything. I tried looking it up on the wiki, this forum, and google search but it's not giving me the results I'm looking for. Y'all understand what I'm talking about, right? Is there any way to remove the spikes?

BTW I encountered these things on one of the challenges (i think it was pica run) and using the keeper's box in the black market.

My best guess is that you picked up a pound of flesh or something, because i am aware of the spikes around the items but i'm not sure what other items cause that.

Well I used a keeper's box in the black market. The items summoned got spikes around it. Maybe it has something to do with the room using heart containers as payment?

I read the wiki page. Yeah, it spawns items with spikes when used in a devil room or black market.

Its to not make the item 100% free instead of a container its damage now... The item to removr spikes dont affect it
