Psy fly is busted

I don't care what anyone else thinks, Psy fly is easily one of the best items in the game and can literally carry a run. I expect a nerf soon for this item it is literally insane.

Thats why its getting nerfed in the next update (in a year or two), not that much tho, just by getting a small cooldown

I've got it like once and it made the run great, but it seems pretty rare in the item pool at least for me.
