i got into the depths and saw a mirror and i ran into it and it made me look like i had different items but i kept some items and it reset on the next floor

The Depths or Downpour? As far as I can remember, there's no Depths room that has a mirror.

i went into depths one and it appeared at the start. it was a rounded mirror because i know theres a rectangle mirror because of some videos

there was also a desk with stuff on it i think but i might be wrong but i know there was a desk

Mom's Dressing Table. It's an object that when you touch it, cosmetically changes your appearance to other items you have. You can bomb it for a few pills or rarely a Mom item. Nothing too crazy.

In Afterbirth+ it can randomly spawn in the starting room if you have enough items.
In Repentance, it can only spawn in Bedroom special rooms.
