Do mods disable achievements in repentance?

I am having a hard time finding information on this, love this game. was hoping someone on here would have some insight on this.

To clarify: this is on each save. For example, if you beat Mom on save 1, mods will still prevent unlocks/achievements on saves 2 and 3 until you've beaten Mom there.
Same restriction applies to the debug console by the way.


And as a reminder, since it is related:

List of things that prevent all kind of progress:
- Seeds (except a few special ones)
- Challenges (except for their reward obviously).
- Daily Runs.
- Reruns and Victory Laps (except for a few specific unlocks).
- Any active mod from the mod menu before Mom is killed once on that save (no matter what they do, other saves are irrelevant).
- Enabling the console before Mom is killed once on that save (even if you don't use it).
- Paranoid antivirus programs (or missing rights) preventing the game from creating/editing its save file.

Yes. You can't prevent achievements forever.
