Maybe not, maybe the guys from Antibirth are able to actually do some good work in contrast to Nicalis (they did eventually fix the myriads of outstanding AB+ issues for them).
Don't get me wrong, obviously Isaac is great but its development has always been infuriating to follow. Not sure if they are incompetent or unwilling. Or maybe Ed left them such a bad code base that it's nearly impossible to work with.
