Discord Stream Glitching

I was trying to get some of my friends into this game and tried to stream it on Discord. Never had an issue before, but in the last couple of weeks every time I try to stream Isaac the stream glitches out. The game looks fine, but the stream is half covered with black boxes. I've changed my settings both in Isaac and in Discord, changed server regions, and uninstalled and reinstalled both to no help.

Any ideas?

To resolve this issue go to my documents, my games, binding of issac rebirth, open options.ini and change "vsync=1" to "vsync=0"
