Any way to slow down the game?

As a relatively new Rebirth player i have to say difficulty is quite high (normal difficulty) in comparation with hard mode in Wrath of the Lambs. WTF happened to this game? I loved original, but this is hardly playable for me.

Yeah, there are really good items since start which is cool, but main part of my problem is speed which is at least doubled and makes even Moms hearth fight extremely challenging and i dont even talk about Megasatan. Is there a way to slow it down? Mod, setting, anything? Forcing 45 FPS with driver settings failed.

Speed isn't doubled. It's the flash version that's poorly optimised and runs slowly. :P

I know no way to slow it down. You'll get used to it.

Hmm, its too too bad. But there's still some hope in undertacting of CPU.

I used to have Windows 7 pc and then I got windows 10 pc and noticed something:

When pc struggle with some task like a game on windows 7 - it will slow down process and you will be playing like in slow motion
on windows 10 - instead of slowing down, it's just ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ lags.


If you give me choise for game to lag or play in slowmotion, I pick 2nd option.

Now I understand why I was so good at many games back in past. It's thanks to old Windows 7 way of dealing with bad performance by slowing down things.
