Can't unlock Challenge #38? -_-

Hello, I have 12 Mom heart kills, Killed Satan with Bethany and unlocked Maggy's Faith (achievement) but I didn't found it yet in a normal run...

Please any suggestions?

Did you unlock the Schoolbag as well? Secret number 379.
Since it is used in the challenge, it might be required as well.

I don't have the urn of souls I think... I should unlocked it when I killed satan with bethany but I don't saw one till now in my runs

Check secret number 418 to be sure.
