All the things added by Afterbirth are in afterbirth.a, so you should stop looking in the graphics.a archive (Rebirth content). ;-)
Edit:
If you're also editing other characters sprites, be sure to edit the ones in the afterbirth.a archive. If you use Rebirth ones for a Afterbirth mod, you'll have corrupted sprites (they're not compatible). :P
