I AM ERROR error?

Despite all sources agreeing that the I AM ERROR room can only be reached via teleportation or the two pill item things, I seem to have managed to obtain it as a conjoined room. Not kidding.

I really wish I'd taken a better screenshot, but by the time I realized what was wrong with this picture, I'd already collected everything and blown up the guy. I'd already started another run before it even hit me to get the seed.
But it's obvious this is the room - there's a door to the Womb despite Mom never spawning inside a small room. This room also doesn't match any other room layouts - it had three buttons in it as well as a golden poop. And you can clearly see the door at the bottom. You'll have to take my word for it on some of this, but I swear this actually happened. I'm using Afterbirth and had taken three luck up pills, if that helps.

The ERROR room has a flickering floor, no wall, and no exit except the trapdoor (always to the next level of course). Afterbirth adds some closets with the ERROR guy, but they're not the ERROR room. ;-)

Wait cant you get a black market or a crawl space in the error room

Since there's no way to escape it except using teleportation, there's a guaranteed "next level" trapdoor in it. That's the default way out.
I don't think anything prevents crawl space generation though (or black market, since it is a variant of crawl space).

You sure? Because this one had a trapdoor to the next floor as well.

It could be so that you get the trapdoor to the crawl space and then when you exit the crawl space you go to the room you teleported from

Exiting a crawlspace always put you on the trapdoor itself, so you would come back to the ERROR room without any way to exit.

I'm confused how you have a screenshot of this game, but the game isn't in your Steam library.

Also, there's no sense in arguing with people who know this game inside and out. You didn't find an I AM ERROR room. You found a closet. There are many different room types - I highly suggest you keep the wiki open while playing so you can check on these things as you come across them.
