Mom drops only negative
For some reason my last 2 runs as cain i only got one pedestal with negative, no polaroid.
Is this a bug or do i need to do the dark room few times before i can choose polaroid again ?

Polaroid and Negative are two separate unlocks, unlocking one doesn't unlock the other.
The Polaroid is unlocked by beating the Cathedral 5 times, the Negative by beating Sheol 5 times.

Now, if one of them was somehow locked again after being properly unlocked, that's definitely weird.
(Don't refer to Daily Challenges though, they're played on fully completed save files.)

same here. it only drops the negative which is weird

yea i dont know, i had it ulocked way back when afterbirth dlc came out, started playing again now and it was locked.
