No "Found Hud"

I got the combo for binding of isaac/afterbirth. I know that the "Found Hud" option only becomes available with the Afterbirth+ DLC and you need to buy it as part of a bundle.

I did all of that. So I booted it up and there's no option for "Found Hud". Not sure what to do. Didn't see it as an "Unlockable". Help?

When you boot up the game, at the "press start" screen, is it written "Afterbirth" or "Afterbirth+"?
Just to be sure, no offense intended.

If it is written "Afterbirth+", go to the options menu (from the main menu), what options do you see at the bottom of the list exactly? (Either list them or post a screenshot.)

Edit:
By the way, it should be available immediately (no unlock required), assuming your game is updated. But if you bought it recently, Steam downloads the latest version, so that shouldn't be an issue.

Based on their reply I assume they didn't have AB+, only AB. The "special deal" could refer to the bundle you have to buy to get AB+ (which isn't, never was, and never will be a free update of AB).
