Almost Impossible to get angel rooms with afterbirth+

Ive played a 0% file to "celebrate" afterebirth+ with a fresh game but after about 120 hours with it ive only managed to get both keys 2-3 times qith 1 of the runs making it to the final boss and completing it.

Im following the guides on how to increase the chances to get Angel rooms but it seems much more inconsistent than it was with Afterbirth only dlc. I just had another run with Azazel ignoring all devil deals, going both inside the devil room and ignoring them completely and the game still never gives angel rooms, in fact im having tons of games where i dont take red heart dmg at all and instead of giving a devil room it doesnt give anything way too often. What the hell is wrong with this dlc, im not willing to put 300 hours or so more into the game just so i can get all the mega satan/red/hard clear status for each character, so far ive only gotten it with one.

Is there a mod so i can increase the chances for angel rooms ? what am i doing wrong im also getting the blessed thing in sacrifice rooms and nothing helps, too often the game screws you over by only taking under 10 coins for the donation machine. Do all mods make it impossible to get clear/achievements?

The RNG is completely broken with this dlc, 120+ hours and only 2-3 times where i get consistent amount of angel rooms it was not like this with Afterbirth on top of that they added a pill into the game that made the "curse of the maze" or whatever that warps you around more annoying makinng a floor cleanup more aggrevating.

If this is really this big of problem just go for sacrifice rooms instead and if you REALLY want to go for angel rooms beating Greedier with Lilith and Delirium with Maggy both unlock items to help you with that. Searching for super secret rooms can also help since there can be angel statues inside.

Those angels drop keys since the last update, just to point it out in case it sounds weird to someone.

-Yes, the RNG is broken, that's Isaac. luck based, not skill.
-and Yes there are mods that slightly or greatly increase your chance of getting angel room items. I'll post a few here
