If you want to unlock something thanks to it, keep in mind that seeds prevent unlocks.
Just to be sure.

You should be able encounter at least 1 sacrifice room in your run (unless you get very unlucky floor generations). Sacrifice rooms can appear all the way up to Sheol/Cathedral. So if you didn't
get it by Depths ll, just suck it up and continue since there will be 3 more floors to get one

My tip is to make FULL floor exploration. They don't show up on your map even if you stand next to it. You need to enter the room (then it will appear on map). The Mind or Compas can reveal all room of interest.

if you wanna see most of the benefits though, keeper with swallowed penny is a good way to see them

i think sacrifice rooms are more likely to generate if you have a lot of health
