How to unlock the achivement Little C.H.A.D ?

I have beat the Boss C.H.A.D a few times in boss rush. But the achivement is still locked. Do I need to kill it in normal chapter?

You have to kill him as a Boss, in its boss room.

Rare indeed. It is considered as a variant of Chub.

Similarly, Steven is a variant of Gemini and Triachnid is a variant of Daddy Long Legs.

once u have the achievement ur hoping that u wont run into the boss ever again 'cause it has 100% chance of replacing ur boss reward with a pretty useless follower that drops red hearts

you need clearing caves 20 times and kill C.H.A.D

That honestly doesn't sound right, if you have unlocked "Something Cute". If you are using mods, i'd strongly consider one of those to somehow preventing C.H.A.D. encounters.

I like how poorly that comment has aged over the years, given how much more useful Little Chad is in Repentance, which is probably also, why C.H.A.D. is less likely to encounter as a Chapter 2 boss now.
