-Book of revelations has a 50% chance to get you super bandage girl if found and used before the second floor boss. It forces one of the horsemen to show up every other floor. 50% bandages, 50% meat. 100% the same type you got previously after that.

-Lillith in greed mode or boss rush with a single ball of bandages (or any character if you purchase box of friends at the shop)
