Stop Watch in Greed mode? (achievement #363 Era Walk)

Hello !

One of the last thing I need to to do to get the 1001% is the achievement #363 : have both the broken watch and the stop watch in the same run.

So, I broke the game 3 times in a row for more than one hour each time in Greed Mode with the D6 and the D20, but each time I ended the run by only getting "Breakfast" health up. I even took the Missing number item that apparently rerolled the item pool since I started to get again items I didn't have, but still ended with hp ups only.

So, I found it weird that I didn't see any "Watch" items during these games.

I was wondering if it is currently possible to get these items in Greed mode ?

Of course, I see both of them occasionnally during regular games, but having both of them in a single normal run is a huge matter of luck that can take so many hours…

So, should I keep breaking the greed mode, or should I start to waste my time in regular games?

Neither of those items is in any Greed mode pool, meaning they can't be generated at all in that mode.
Regular runs are the only way to get them both.

Ok so I just started a random regular run and ended by buying the stop watch in a shop (without previously buying or holding the broken watch), and the achievement got unlocked, even if I already had the stop watch many times during other runs (but never both watches at the same time)… Weird.
