Easy way to get Technology Zero? (Get 2 tech items in one run)

I've been thinking of breaking greed mode, but then I realized that tech items only spawn on the golden treasure room, making the cheese kind of difficult.

I've tried chaos, but all I get is mostly breakfasts.
If anyone has any ideas, I'm open for them.

If I just have to play the game 'til I get 'em, that's fine too!

I had the same problem
I got it and 10 tears up items at greed mod when I broke game with d 20.

was there anything else to it? I can break greed mode with the D20 if I must, but the items will only spawn on the golden treasure room, so maybe I should break the game until it gives me infinite charges + D6...?

do you mean D4?

Does it count when you reroll your items, or do you have to pick up the items for it to count?

That's the item.

Yes it does. It's how I got it. I may of rolled the items I needed at the same time tho... it's been some time since I unlocked it

Chaos is also good just keep rerolling till you get the items needed

I've tried chaos, it messes up the item pools and ends up replacing a lot of stuff with breakfast milks, which is the default item used when pool run out of items iirc

thanks for the feedback, might try the D4 if breaking with the D12+D6 doesn't work.

Got it!

Broke Greed mode with D12, found D6, rerolled chest pickups and it's done.
