I am error room?

i was doing an run when in Depths II i found a small room with 3 buttons, the I Am Error npc and a hole to The Womb (the room was connected to the others), is that normal?

It is. U have tiny chance to appear at the room when use any teleport (pills, spacebar items etc.)

Skipped the "small room" part, my bad. I assume it was a dead end then? I think one of the Closet rooms has an ERROR guy in it.
