Just found out a glitch to do with Vibrant Bulb

I got the trinket while holding Converter (an item that cannot be charged) and still got the trinket bonus, but the bonus should only happens when I have my item fully-charged.

This isn't a glitch - Dim Bulb (trinket that activates when your active item charge is empty) and Vibrant Bulb (trinket that activates when your active item charge is full) gives stat boosts when you hold an active item with no charges

So items like Converter, Guppy's Paw, Pandora's Box will activate both the "Bulb" trinkets

But the items you mentioned have no charges, so they shouldn't trigger an effect thats is triggered only when you have all the charges of your item.Idk, that's just what I think

Yeah that's what I thought, but the devs were generous to make Vibrant Bulb actually useful with those spacebar items

If you can find a way to gulp both you can get some insane stats especially with something like cracked crown or cancer afterwards
