Game freezes on start

Yop.
I know this is a much solved problem, but after trying everything, nothing changes.
When I run the game, I hear the narrator's voice, but no image (white screen, black screen or intro animation freeze after some seconds of working). After some seconds, or if I click anywhere, Isaac's program stops responding (but I still hear the narrator).

I've tried to :
- Uninstall/Reinstall
- Verify datas via steam
- Clear cache
- Run Isaac Rebirth only, then AB only, then AB+
- Restart steam
- Update graphic card pilots
- Unsuscribe mods, delete mods folder, reinstall game without mod
- Restart my computer

I thing that's pretty much all I tried, tell me if you have any other solution, but I can't find one.

Ok that's ironical, when I decide to make a post in the which I say that I've tried everything, I find a solutiojn I haven't tried, and it works.

Here it is, if someone's having the same issue :

My game used to freeze on start as well, but I didn't need to go through Nvidia settings, all I needed to do was disable Discord overlay because it breaks the game apparently.

i don't have "Select Preferred Graphics Processor" as an option :(
