The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth

Deleting controllers from the list?
I've been having a little problem with TBOI recently. Whenever I open the game, I'm always greeted with this message: "Unrecognized Gamepad, Please set up key bindings for the connected controller"
Now, I know why this is, it's because I connected my Dualshock 4 to my PC at some point and opened the game to see if I could test it. Since I couldn't find the charger slot on my pc and it was most likely late, I decided to not bother. Because of this, I didn't set up the key bindings for the controller and now this message is stalking me.
So, does anyone know how to delete controllers from the list?

EDIT: Fixed this, but I'll keep this discussion up since I put a resulotion down below if anyone else has this issue with PS4 Controllers.

I managed to fix it via unplugging the bluetooth thing that allows the PS4 controller to be compatible with the PC. Try that if it's a PS4 controller.

So your fix was to unplug the controller entirely to make sure the game can't detect it. Ok.
...
Wait, you didn't try that before creating the thread? Genuine question.

What happened to me is different
I connected the Switch joy-cons to the PC to see if I could make it to work, since it didn't I deconnected everything, but since then the "joy-cons" keep appearing on the controllers list

I actually kinda forgot it existed. Hey, I hadn't used the controller in a while.
