Took red heart damage through soul heart
In one of my recent games i was hurt by a mulliboom explosion that took half of a red heart while i still had 2 soul hearts left. I haven't played for a while so I'm not familiar with all the updates, but I've played quite a bit in the past and have never seen this before.

Is this a new mechanic or some kind of bug? Has anyone else encountered this?
Also i was holding the 404 trinket at the time, is there some trinket that would cause this?
