Really problem on Book on the dead

When I use the book of the dead after clearing rooms, some charmed bony allies spawn, but I have no orbital bones around me.
I had the item more than 20 times, and never one orbital bone
Someone did ever see that and have a solution ?

For information, the only mods I have are "External item descriptions" and "True Co-op"

Well, maybe you're just extremely lucky? I can't see a single reason why only bony's would spawn from the book.

Why am I so "lucky" ? With that bug, item is useless I think
