How do you unlock The Lost in a non-legit way without cheat engine?

is there any other way to unlock The Lost in a non-legit way? I tried using cheat engine, but the ct files aren't accessible, so what the hell do I do?

Ah. Then I don't know. It's easier to get the Lost legitimately in Rebirth, though, you just have to google and follow the instructions, you don't even have to hope for Missing Poster to drop.

I'm just too lazy to do it, so I just automatically put it out of my options list (plus I can't even get close to the necessary bosses for unlocking The Lost)

The only "lazy way" to unlock the Lost in Rebirth that comes to my mind would be to use SAM, unlock the Lost's achievement, then tell the game to sync its unlocks according to your Steam achievements (alt+f2 in the stats screen). I guess it would work.

Keep in mind though: if you can't even access the bosses required to unlock the Lost, you'll most likely not beat anything with it. On pure Rebirth, you'll die on the first hit with this character.

Actually, the Lost back in Rebirth was really easy to unlock... in AB/AB+ it's pain, because it's rng-based, but back then you could just do 3 seeded runs and then one with Azazel being a cakewalk. What's the problem?
