Can't get Platinum God

So I have almost every achievement in the game expect few of them
(I dont have these: 1001%, Holy Card, Dedication, It's the key,
The Marathon, Moving Box, Marbles and 4 secret achievements)

I completed all challeneges even these from Afterbirth and Afterbirth+,
all endings and all completion marks expect the delirium one on the lost.
Idk how I still don't have even a platinum god :<
I also unlockd all times from rebirth

I can help you with most of these:

• For Platinum God, you need to actually PICK UP every item from Rebirth at least once.
  
• For 1001% and one of the secret achievements, you have to do the same with every item in both Rebirth AND the expansions.
  
• For It's The Key, you have to complete a run without grabbing any pickups of any kind. Good luck with that one.
  
• For The Marathon, you have to win 5 Dailies in a row (they don't have to be consecutive dailies either, you can skip a daily if you hear it's crap).
  
• For Dedication, you have to do 31 dailies total. You don't have to win all of them, just participate in them.
  
• For Marbles, you have to consume five Gulp! pills in one run.
  
• For Moving Box, you have to use Pandora's Box in the Dark Room.

I don't remember what you have to do for the rest, but hopefully that gets you started.

I just want to expand on what you said for the 'its the key' achievement. While most pickups are bad, there are some exceptions and theres something you MUST do for the achievement to count.

Keys of any kind are allowed so normal, gold, charged and double key drops.

Tarrot cards, runes and pills are okay to pickup and use.

Picking up devil deals, normal items and trinkets are also fine, just make sure you don't pickup items/trinkets that will cause pickups to spawn as this will probably be the cause of a failed attempt. Items that give you health and soul hearts are also fine to take.

Any other pickup is NOT allowed (coins, bombs and hearts of any kind). Also to make the achievement count, you MUST defeat the lamb. If you defeat ??? while doing this, it will not count. Just wanted to make that clear before you waste time :)

A much easier way to do this achievement is to input the seed 'GONESOON'. This seed does not disable achievements and all pickups will disappear after a short amount of time. Very useful for getting coins, bombs and hearts out of the way!

Holy card: Defeat delirium as the lost. Can be tough. My advice is to use book of shadows, empty vessel and a load of algis runs and you will be fine.

For platinum god EVERY rebirth item must be picked up. This includes godhead which requires everything to be completed as the lost (including delirium if you havent already unlocked godhead before the DLC). 1001% is every afterbirth item and 1000000% is every single item ever. As for the other secret achievements, you will probably have to look on the issac wiki and find out which ones you dont have.

The collection page shows if you took them at least once.
Not what you're looking for, I know, but that's the best we have... :P
