It's the Key and Glowing Hourglass

If I accidentally pick up a bomb/coin/heart, will the achievement be voided permamently or can I still get it if I use Glowing Hourglass afterwards?

I don't know about this one, but the Wiki says it lets you continue a no damage run even if you get hit, so I'd say just continue and hope for the best.

Well, I failed the run with Glowing Hourglass (the first attempt as the Lost, f*ck Teratoma), but succeeded in the next attempt, so doesn't really matter anymore (at least to me). Tho, I'll agree it would probably still allow you if it allows for no damage runs. At least, that would make sense.
