Best synergies for The Boss Rush?

im struggling to beat boss rush with judas, and i want to know how to end it quickly. I think quadshot rubber cement brimstone ipecac would do.

If you can manage to get ludovico technique/brimstone, watch the bosses melt in front of you. I did my very first boss rush run with azazel/ludovico.

They unfortunately nerfed the odds of getting those items together in the dlc, but in regular rebirth it happens.

Tech 0 + Rubber Cement
Ipecac + any fly generating item or Guppy
Epic Fetus + Brimstone
Tammy's Head + Brimstone
Ludovico Techinque + Brimstone
Box of Friends + good familiars
Sprinkler is fantastic if you've got great tears

Pinking Shears alone shreds Boss Rush, able to spam it with constant recharges. Mega Blast also but it's inconsistent with how it can end too early for another usage.

why is box of friends so good?

Imagine having Lil' Brim, Succubus, Incubus, or other pretty good familiars. You can use Box of friends at least 4 times inside Boss Rush to multiply your familiars, even more times if you have battery drops from certain items.
Boss Rush with 4+ lil Brims / Incubus' etc is pretty fun :3

Exactly. She's definitely the easiest character to beat Boss Rush or Greed/Greedier mode.

Tech X with decent damage/tears.

Stand at one side and never stop spamming shots across, and you'll likely insta-kill a number of the bosses.
