Help with Daily Run Achievements

I need help about the daily run achievements:

-How many are there?
-What do I need to do for each one?
-The 5 Daily streak needs to be a 5 Daily Winstreak?
-Do the 30/31 dailies one have to be consecutive?

There are 3.
Marathon: Get a 5 daily win streak. The dailies don't have to be consecutive days, but you have to win 5 dailies in a row without losing. E.g. you can do one, wait a week, do one, and continue the win streak.

Broken modem: Win 7 dailies in total. They don't have to be consecutive or streaked. It only started counting as of the new booster pack.

Dedication: Participate in 31(?) dailies. You don't have to win them or do them consecutively, you can just die in the first room if you want.

Practice runs after your first run do not count.

Do co-ops count

Last I checked they do count but you can't have anyone join mid game or achievements will be turned off.

You can always check the top left corner under your coin/key/bombs for an icon of a red circle with a slash through a trophy to see if they are disabled during a run.
