Chocolate Milk+Forgotten
I think I found my new favorite synergy...
(And I usually don't like picking up Chocolate Milk)

Add in Cursed Eye for real carnage. It one shots most minor bosses. Chocolate Milk + Cursed eye as Forgotten is super OP for everything but Delerium. It rocks Delerium, but he's such a cheap mofo that he will constantly trigger Cursed eye's teleport so you have to beast him nearly perfect.
