The best / fastest way to get this is by doing Greed Mode as Isaac, rerolling the shop, hold R if Rubber Cement doesn't show up, rince and repeat for hours upon hours? Is that it? O_o

This item is bugged btw, it doesn't spawn anywhere right now, only maybe as Eden's starting item, so unlock it only if you need 100% achievements so bad.

I can't imagine playing the game normally would be a more effective way of getting Rubber Cement to show up.

Some dataminers figured this out. There's some threads on reddit about this and 1 post with all remaining bugs.

Well... you still need Broken Modem achievement for 100%... so wasting some time for rubber cement, while item that gonna be unlocked is bugged right now... is just a waste of time.
Of course if you're just completing achievs and not going to play anymore, then k.
I've just played normally and didn't even noticed, how already collected it 5 times...

Killburn said that update with fixes is coming in a week. Hard to believe, but who knows.
