Key bum + Flat penny + Curse of The tower + Glitter bombs + IV bag + restock shop with Soul heart + ace of diamonds = slow game break?
I just broke the game for the 4th time in my isaac playthrough and i did it in the slowest way possible, you would mostly need a shop that sells soul hearts and restock for the first moments but it gets faster and faster, if you can get a ace of diamonds

Ace of diamonds is used to clean up hearts and unwanted items on the floor, having a card in the shop with restock can be helpful
