Quickest way to do all those x pills achievements?

Greed Mode maybe? Can you get every type of pill from the shop or are they limited?

You can't get all types of pills during a single run, if that's your question. There's a selection at generation of the run and you'll only get those ones for the whole run (unless they get changed into a better version with PHD of course).

You talking about Marbles I guess? If so, I did it on my 2nd try with Laz. As he starts with a pill, keep restarting til you get the Gulp one. Then just play normally and hope for pill drops / Acid Baby / Mom's bottle of pills.

Ok, so maybe the best bet is to start Greed and hope the pills in the shop includes Gulp/One makes you larger/etc., and then keep buying just those?

The strength card also works to unlock Huge Growth.

This is how I did the Huge Growth one. Just start with Azazel and enter the curse room, it often has multiple pills.

Welp, I totally forgot about the Placebo item, not too rare in Greed and very useful once you find the pill you need

I just kept breaking greedmode with the D20 and hoped that any of the pills generated by the D20 are One Makes You Larger, Gulp or Tears Up (those work for Lachryphagy as well).

Also great for knocking down the Blanket and Haemolacria achievement. If the first shop doesn't have a D20, i still peeked the Curse Rooms for beds and silver treasure room for Blod Clot (or i'd see it at the shop and do the first floor to buy it before resetting). You may even get Tech Zero or Jumper Cable as well from breaking greedmode.
