Anyone know how to unlock the following achievements?

Just posting this here just in case anyone knows how to unlock these because there not explained on the wiki yet. If anyone knows what the requirements are for unlocking them please let me know :) :

Deaths list - I got this randomly by walking into devil rooms?

Haemolacria - REVEALED: Pick blood clot up 10 times

Trisagion - I have this one unlocked but no idea how to actually unlock it. May have something to do with brimstone?

Extension Cord - Got this one unlocked to but no idea how. May have something to do with sharp plug?

Sacrificial Altar - Same situation above, dont know the requirmeents for this one either.

Rotten Penny -- Something to do with spawning blue flies.

Death's List - I'm assuming this is either taking X amounts of devil deals or getting into a devil room X times

Rotten Penny - It's spawning a crap ton of blue flies, so if you become guppy you'll get it easily

Unfortunately I don't know the rest of the achievements....they were all unlocked in my save after the update
