Step 0) You must have killed the lamb at least once.

Step 1) Start a run. I recommend Azazel.
Step 2) Kill the boss of the first floor in under 1 minute. (I've heard you also need to not take any damage during that boss fight)
Step 3) Return to the room where you spawned. There will be a weird shadow.
Step 4) Bomb the center of the room. Good luck.

just tried it and it works, just the bossfight.
Edit : Nvm, something happend and i got some achievements but the Character is not unlocked yet.

I got an problem with this one. I've did it all like in video above but in victory lap, and when i used the shovel it showed the bones, but it didnt gave me an information about unlocking the forgotten. And so i couldnt play him. Im confused help!

Tried it about 50 times now. 30+ i didnt even got a bomb to get the first piece to drop
For the rest: Its insane how the game spams moms feet on my head. Dont think the char is even close to be worth the effort, am i right?
