Unfortunately it's a trinket, so the fastest way to find it is to get Mom's Box early (or on a broken run with enough batteries)

It can still drop normally, but since there's a lot of trinkets in this game it'll be harder to find

Make sure you unlocked first, obviously. Kill the Lamb as Isaac.

It has a chance to mimic the Missing Poster. It won't always trigger this effect. :P

It may have been revenge for the datamining of the original lost unlock method. I think the creator was kind of upset about it.

Find moms box homie its the easiest way just get as many batteries as possible. also, easiest way to find moms box is to get the d6 for issac and just go to the store to keep using it till you find it
