whats the point on victory laps???

i mean, starting op is fun and all but, i can't get completion marks.

There are a few specific achievements, but other than that, it's just for fun. It also gets harder to more laps you do in a row.

i accidentaly fought mega satan, and i cant get out. if i kill delirium can i do another lap? ;-;

No. Killing the Lamb is the only way to continue a Victory Lap streak.

It's more or less for fun. With each lap, it gets harder and harder, and starting with lap 3, you're forced to play as the Lost (and you can't get any of his completion marks if you haven't already). If you manage to beat at least 3 victory laps, you unlock "Rerun", which lets you replay through the last run you did at a higher difficulty
