I personally prefer Isaac though and it takes between 150 - 300 hours to complete everything (Even less if you're good)
The time it would reasonably take for all achievements (secrets) if you're a new player on Isaac is 200 hrs. Gungeon all unlockables (some aren't achievements) is a little less, but the game's secrets are more dependent on skill and sheer luck in some cases.
Isaac has undeniably more content and uses it better than EtG: items, monsters, playable characters, bosses, unlockable secret levels and room layouts. EtG has more skill-rewarding gameplay and focuses on core mechanics like resource management and dodging.
Isaac can be luck dependent and critical about how runs can die due to extremely bad luck. Isaac can be frustrating to 100%. EtG is an extremely draining game because it has so much, abhorrent downtime between action. You can suddenly drop EtG in the middle of a run because of how boring it can get.
For replability, isaac takes the cake since you can unlock so many items and see how they synergize with each other. Etg also has many weapons, but you unlock them by buying them. In terms of content, isaac has more, but it will take you longer to complete the game since items are unlocked by completing challenges or runs etc...
Hope this helped
Enter the gungeon is more skill based and you buy stuff instead of unlocking them with requirements.
There's still some luck involved, but due to my inability to get past difficult bosses and stages, I feel as if most of the fun in Gungeon is forever locked away from me.
With Issac, due to the increased number of items and decision making, even when I'm doing poorly I at least get some amusement out of the game.
Gungeon isn't a bad game, it's just a TERRIBLE game for me specifically. I need more than just another challenging run with the same character to keep me interested in that kind of slog, and Gungeon just doesn't deliver as many funny descriptions or interactions of powers as Issac does.
Now, that said, if you hate poop and disgusting body function humor, consider religion off limits for making fun of or pointing at the awful features of, or really hate that RNG can sometimes make you a complete god, Issac may not be for you.
